Blue Skies is a multi-tasking company made up of local folks who want to help others advance their emergency management capabilities and knowledge base to a higher level.  Our products are the best and our prices can’t be beat by most firms.

The personnel involved with Blue Skies are Emergency Management Professionals and have been involved with writing or revising plans including CEMPs.  We strive to create a plan that encompasses all of the needs and requirements of our clients and fulfills all the regulations that might be placed on the plan and its contents.  Our planning goals are to obtain input from all personnel involved in the planning process so that the final product is truly valuable. We also offer the ability to publish plans online.

Training

The personnel involved with Blue Skies are professional instructors and have taught classes since 1998.  We strive to deliver classes that students can learn from and that students become involved in.  Our instructional goals are to get every student involved in the educational process so that the take away is extremely high with all students.

Blue Skies training personnel get exceptional reviews every time we finish a class and those reviews show by the number of repeat requests that we get.  We are invited to bid on classes time and time again and have taught a great number of classes for individual agencies as well as the state of Florida Division of Emergency Management.

Exercise

We strive to plan, design, facilitate and manage exercises of any scale where participants can learn and increase their preparedness.  While still adhering to the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP), our exercises work can use the latest multimedia technology adding an engrossing, rich environment that offers a sense of realism to an ordinary tabletop exercise.  We facilitate exercises that are truly engaging with a flexible sequence of events that depends on the exercise participant's actions. 

Most exercise clients of Blue Skies are repeat-business, which demonstrates our clients' appreciation for our cost-savings and high-value products. We always allow clients to keep the media from exercise, so they may repeat the exercise with their agency on their own time at no extra cost.
